In all the villages we see frequent signs of malnutrition and dehydration.
Photo above: At first glance you’d probably guess that this is the little girl’s mother on the left, but it’s actually an older teenage girl – the effects of malnutrition and dehydration are often clearly and starkly visible in physical under-development, and near-skeletal facial features.
