Your response to our request (see previous post) was tremendous – once again, I was humbled and amazed at the incredible generosity extended by so many of you. Altogether, a total of $9080 was raised to go toward crisis and disaster relief in Haiti.
The photo above is of a group of ladies from the St. Michel church, preparing bags of rice and cans of cooking oil to distribute – this was one of several congregations in remote mountainous areas that we were able to provide assistance to.
